The Laboratory Technician is responsible for laboratory-based tasks, which include sampling, testing, measuring, recording and analyzing results. The Laboratory Technician provides all the required technical support to enable the laboratory to function effectively whilst adhering to correct procedures as well as health and safety guidelines. The Laboratory Technician carries out fundamental tests as part of the scientific team.
The Quality Control Technician is responsible for direct examination of product to ensure that quality standards and procedures are met and aligned with legislation and customer specifications. Requiring a high level of attention to detail, the Quality Control Technician is responsible for strictly adhering to the organization's quality assurance policies, and identifying defects and or production errors in order to prevent these materials from entering the supply chain. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
The Inventory Control Manager will be responsible for managing and ensuring appropriate inventory levels to meet client contractual agreements. Primary responsibilities include utilizing knowledge of inventory cycles to manage and control client inventory levels, communicate and coordinate incoming and outgoing orders with relevant partners, participate in establishing pricing levels and coordinate new style set up responsibilities. Responsibilities will include the strategic forecasting, development of inventory management policies and procedures for ensuring the availability of all necessary materials required to support the manufacturing process, release scheduling of inbound raw materials and components, and ensuring adequate stock levels for production requirements. Other duties will be assigned as necessary.
The Packaging Development and Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for working with packaging designers, product specialists, and packaging suppliers to ensure that all Curative Cannabis packaging contains appropriate marketing, regulatory, ingredient and language content, and that adequate packaging inventory is maintained at all times. He or she will be tasked with obtaining detailed feedback from customers regarding package design, providing designers with text and layout specifications and proofing all materials prior to production. Other duties include reviewing packaging to ensure consistent, updated messaging and design, and verifying packaging supply is maintained at an appropriate level. Additional duties will be assigned as necessary.
The Junior Accountant is responsible for working alongside the VP of Finance for preparing and recording the company’s transactions, researching and applying accounting policies and assisting on tax matters and the preparation of financial reports.
The Trimmer, under the direction of the Master Grower and Quality Assurance Director, is primarily responsible for the day-to-day production and harvesting of cannabis plants. This position will properly trim and prune the cannabis plants while adhering to strict organization policies.
The Grower Associate, under the direction of the Master Grower and Quality Assurance Director, is primarily responsible for ensuring the health and viability of cannabis production. The successful candidate will need to understand relevant legislation, including growing regulations. This position will be responsible for conducting tests, such as soil moisture analysis, and administering the pest management system to ensure high-quality production occurs at all times.
The Security Officer assists the overall security of Curative Cannabis grounds. He/she is responsible for the safety of Curative Cannabis customers, employees and property. The Security Officer must instill a strong sense of safety to all customers and employees within Curative Cannabis. The Security Officer understands his/her role as brand ambassador and provides positive brand experiences to all customers.
The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for a wide variety of clerical office duties in support of company administration. Includes coordinating and communicating office activities, greeting and screening visitors, answering and referring inbound telephone calls, and scheduling appointments. The Front DeskReceptionist will also be responsible for administering company correspondence.
